🚚 Shipping Policy

At HoopSociety Athletics, is a premium, made-to-order brand. Every item is produced individually through our Print-On-Demand partners to ensure quality, efficiency, and reduced waste. Below is our full shipping process and timeline.


🕒 Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment is confirmed.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

🧵 Note: Since many of our items are made on demand, production time may vary slightly based on item availability and volume.


📦 Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and carrier.

  • Estimated delivery times (after processing):

    • United States: 3–7 business days

    • International: 7–21 business days

  • We currently ship via trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, DHL, and FedEx, depending on your location.


🌍 International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide where available.

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Delivery times may vary based on your country’s customs processing.


🚫 Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly — HoopSociety Athletics is not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses.


📦 Split Shipments

Because items are fulfilled from multiple facilities, some orders may arrive in separate packages.
This does not affect your shipping cost.


📮 Shipping Address Requirements

Please carefully check your shipping information at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.

  • If a package is returned due to address issues, the customer is responsible for reshipment costs.


📭 Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is lost in transit:

  • We will replace it free of charge once the carrier confirms it cannot be located.

If your package is marked delivered but missing:

  1. Check with neighbors, building staff, or local carriers

  2. Wait 24–48 hours (sometimes packages are scanned early)

  3. Contact us if the package still hasn’t arrived

Stolen packages marked “Delivered” cannot be refunded, but we will assist in filing a claim.


❗ Order Changes & Cancellations

Since production begins quickly:

  • Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase

  • Once production starts, we cannot modify or cancel the order
