HoopSociety Athletics — Return & Refund Policy

At HoopSociety Athletics, every item is custom made-to-order using Print-On-Demand (POD) production. This allows us to offer exclusive designs and fresh drops without mass manufacturing waste. Because of this fulfillment process, we cannot accept all types of returns.

Please read the policy below before placing your order.


📦 Made-to-Order Items

All products are created specifically for you once your order is placed.
For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Change of mind / buyer’s remorse

  • Color preferences or fit issues

  • Ordering the wrong item or style

We strongly encourage customers to review our size charts carefully before ordering.


✅ Replacements for Damaged or Incorrect Items

We gladly offer free replacements if:

  • Your item arrives damaged

  • Your item arrives defective

  • You receive the wrong size, style, or design

  • Your order is lost in transit

If any of these apply, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  1. Your order number

  2. Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will send a replacement at no cost.
Replacements do not require a physical return.


🚫 Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

We cannot accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Wrong size ordered

  • Customer mistake in address

  • Products damaged after delivery

  • Wear and tear

  • Washed or used items

  • Exchanges for fit or color

POD items can only be replaced if the issue is on our side or the manufacturer’s.


📬 Lost or Missing Packages

If your package is lost in transit or marked as delivered but missing, please email us. We will open an investigation and, if confirmed, issue a free replacement.


💳 Refunds

Refunds are issued only if:

  • A replacement is not possible

  • The item is permanently out of stock

  • There is a confirmed manufacturing issue and you prefer a refund over a replacement

Otherwise, orders are not eligible for refunds.


🏠 Address Errors

If the customer provides an incorrect address and the order ships:

  • HoopSociety is not responsible for replacement costs

  • A reship fee will apply

  • Refunds cannot be issued for orders mailed to the wrong address
